Not all wrinkles are the same — which is why there is no single wrinkle treatment at our practice, but four methods with clearly separated tasks. Dynamic lines of facial expression that form in movement — forehead lines, the frown line between the eyebrows, crow's feet — we treat with botulinum toxin (Botox): the active substance relaxes the muscle responsible, the effect sets in after seven to ten days and lasts on average three to six months. For first fine lines from the mid-20s the low-dose variant Baby Botox is often enough; the chewing muscle (masseter) is an application of its own — for a narrower facial contour and where there is teeth grinding.

Static wrinkles and loss of volume — nasolabial folds, marionette lines, tear troughs, hollow cheeks — are a task for hyaluronic acid: the filler builds volume, is visible immediately, lasts six to twelve months depending on the area and can be dissolved again with hyaluronidase. The lips are an area of their own with a technique of their own — discreet, over several sessions rather than a maximum dose. PRP (your own blood plasma) improves skin quality biologically over two to three sessions, without immediate volume; on the back of the hand, fat transfer replaces the six-monthly hyaluronic acid top-up, because an integrated proportion is retained in the long term. From the mid-40s the combination of Botox and hyaluronic acid often makes sense — which distribution suits you is something we clarify in the initial consultation.

All prices for wrinkle treatment are starting prices (net) for the medical service and depend on the number of zones or areas, the dosage and the indication. Baby Botox and Masseter Botox have the same starting price per zone as the standard dosage, because the medical service is the same; lip fillers are charged per millilitre, like hyaluronic acid.

The medical initial consultation (€100) is mandatory before every treatment and is credited against a treatment — the specific calculation is what we record there in writing. The follow-up check after about 14 days is part of the medical service.

The treatment itself is carried out as an outpatient procedure and takes 15 to 60 minutes depending on the method — as a rule with no downtime; local reactions such as redness or small haematomas at the injection sites subside within a few days.

We use exclusively CE-certified preparations licensed in Germany. Hyaluronic acid we inject with blunt microcannulas, the antidote hyaluronidase is on hand at every treatment, and PRP works with your own plasma alone. For legal reasons (§ 11 HWG) we do not show before-and-after images publicly — in the consultation we explain to you which result is realistic.
