Standardised training
The Facharzt title follows specialist-training regulations that are uniform across Germany. You know exactly which qualification stands behind the designation — it is not a marketing term.
A duty to keep training
Membership of a professional society and of the chamber carries an obligation to ongoing professional development that has to be evidenced. Knowledge stays level with current medical developments.
External supervision
The professional code (Berufsordnung) and chamber supervision create an independent oversight body outside the practice — with binding standards and a complaints office for patients.
Material
Certified materials.
For breast augmentation we use exclusively CE-certified implants from established manufacturers, which as a rule carry a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the product. Which implant is suitable in an individual case is something we clarify in the medical initial consultation.

Memberships can be verified in the online directories of the professional societies concerned; the medical licence (Approbation) can be looked up through the Bayerische Landesärztekammer. Any additional membership of the Gesellschaft für Ästhetische Chirurgie Deutschland (GÄCD) is still to be confirmed during the handover to the new practice management, and will be entered in this register only once it has been confirmed.
