Ästhetik am Isartor is an owner-run private practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in central Munich, right at the Isartor. Founded in 2021, it has been continued since June 2026 under the medical direction of Dr. Fabian Weinschenk, specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery (Facharzt).

What guides us.

Medical, not for sale
A consultation is a medical service — not a sales pitch. We take the time to establish the indication honestly, even when the answer is that a procedure is not the right step for you at the moment. Initial consultation €100, documented in writing, with no pressure.

Discretion at the Isartor
A quiet private practice rather than a cosmetic-surgery factory. At most one patient per treatment slot, consultations run personally by the doctor, and modern medical technology discreetly in the background.

Scar-sparing techniques
The W-shaped incision in an abdominoplasty lets the scar disappear under a bikini and underwear. The Lejour-Lassus technique in a breast lift keeps the incision pattern to a minimum. Renuvion® skin tightening works without any visible incisions.

Aftercare is part of it
Surgical treatments are looked after beforehand and afterwards. Patients who have had surgery receive a 24-hour mobile number during the informed-consent consultation. We do not pass you on — the hand that treated you stays reachable.

Transparent starting prices
There are no flat rates — but you are entitled to know the order of magnitude. Every treatment page states the starting price net, plus 19% VAT; clinic fees are shown separately. You receive the specific calculation in writing in the initial consultation.

HWG- and GDPR-compliant
No before-and-after photographs on public pages, no superlatives, no free consultation. Mandatory active-substance information under § 8 HWG (German Health Advertising Act) is handed out during the consultation. Patient data never leaves the EU.

In the middle of Munich's Altstadt-Lehel district, right at the Isartor — historically embedded, ideally connected. Marienplatz is two S-Bahn stops away and within walking distance; by car, use the Marienstraße or APCOA Marstall car parks (each about 5 minutes' walk).

Dr. Fabian Weinschenk — specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery (Facharzt).
Medical licence (Approbation) in Dresden in 2016, specialist training at the München-Klinik Bogenhausen under Prof. Ninkovic (2016–2023), and since 2023 senior physician under head of department Prof. Broer, establishing and leading the body contouring division. Member of the DGPRÄC since 2021. Took over the Ästhetik am Isartor practice on 1 June 2026.

Founded in 2021 and established as an address for plastic surgery in Munich. With Dr. Weinschenk taking over on 1 June 2026, that line continues — the same location, the same understanding of itself as a personally run private practice, and a new medical director with his own focus on body contouring and fat transfer procedures.
