Creams and food supplements
Creams with phytoestrogens or hops extract promise a gain in volume — a measurable, permanent enlargement is NOT scientifically proven. Any short-term volume effects are based on water retention.
Hormone preparations
Hormonal contraception can influence breast volume temporarily (see our article on the pill) — a dedicated hormone treatment for permanent breast enlargement is NOT medically established.
Effective medical methods
Fat transfer is the only plastic-surgical method that can be described as "natural" — the body's own material, no foreign substance. Maximum gain in volume approx. half a cup size per session. Implants allow considerably more volume, but they are foreign material.
Before every treatment we hold a medical informed-consent consultation — chargeable at €100. Flat-rate advertised prices are contrary to § 11 HWG (German Health Advertising Act).
