What happens hormonally?
Oestrogen and progestin in the pill lead temporarily to water retention in the breast tissue. Patients report a breast enlarged by about half a cup size in the first 1-3 cycles.
This change is NOT permanent — when the pill is stopped, the volume typically returns to its initial state.
What about breast implants or fat transfer?
Anyone who wants a permanent increase in volume has two plastic-surgical options: CE-certified silicone implants or the body's own fat transfer (fat grafting). Both procedures allow a marked change of 1-3 cup sizes (implants) or of half a cup size per session (fat transfer).

Conclusion
The pill can influence breast volume in the short term, but it cannot enlarge it permanently. For a lasting result, medical advice is the first step.
